1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Gallop Intelligence platform, website, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the services on behalf of an enterprise entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Gallop provides an AI-native Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) platform designed to automate the analysis, refactoring, and modernization of legacy enterprise infrastructure. Our services include autonomous logic extraction, agentic planning, and co-engineered execution.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Gallop platform, including the proprietary AI models, autonomous agents, and deterministic transformation logic, remain the exclusive property of Gallop Intelligence Inc. Client-owned source code remains the property of the client, though Gallop is granted a limited license to process such code for the purpose of fulfilling the service.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gallop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. We provide tools for deterministic outcome assistance, but final architectural validation remains subject to human sign-off as part of our reliability mesh.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of Gallop's primary headquarters.
